5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• We retain all rights to the Service, software, and AI models.
• You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service to create comics.
• We may temporarily store or process Prompts and Generated Content to maintain and improve service quality (in anonymized form).

The Service may use third-party APIs or AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Stability, others).

Your use of generated content is also subject to their respective terms.

We are not responsible for their operation or outputs.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Account at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

You may delete your Account at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no warranties of reliability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose.

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Your Prompts, Generated Content, or misuse of the Service.
• Your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws.

These Terms are governed by general international principles of law and applicable local laws in your jurisdiction.

Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with such laws and handled in a competent court with appropriate jurisdiction.
